Cargo Cult - Randy "Biscuit" Turner of the Big Boys, sings on Cargo Cult's 1986 disc, Strange Men Bearing Gifts (Touch & Go #10), with Duane Denison (future Jesus Lizard) on the guitar. The eclectic sound of this quartet was born from " progressive " an improbable crossing between rock (Waiting For Butterflies, Slippin'), speed metal (the Misfortune Cookie) and cowpunk (the Okie Krude). To the mix they even added scholars citations from Siouxsee (Empty House) and from the Family (Amusement Park Disaster), which merit above all of the chameleonic vocalisms of Turner. Denison shows himself in splendid shape in the psychedelic instrumental Pimp Posse.
