Review #1

Maybe some of you were there, let me change that to maybe a few of you were there. Not to many people showed up in the riot ridden town that had the famous Sprigsten start his all American career. It seemed like a lot of junior high and high school punk kids, along with the usual older group sitting at the bar trying to make some friends. The show started of with a hard core band 'Livid', a local group not bad at all. The next group was a bunch of hard-asses that thought they were too good for the 20 people watching their set so they only played a few songs and left the stage a bit angry. Now it was time for the true opener Stanford Prison Experiment these guys sounded very tight live. It put a smile on my face to know that I was going to enjoy watching these guys for the next 8 shows.

Soon the Lizard came on and some more people came out of the cracks and decided to join the festivities at the front of the stage. I am unable to tell you a set list I would probably mix it up with a different show. Anyway JL put on a hell of a show . Si made sure sound was excellent. Yow did a usual performance even with the huge crowd and their great smelling breath. When David would jump out on the people in the front of the stage the people singing along had the worst stench come out of their mouth. Duane and Sims were perfect machines always on. Jim played his fucking heart out with his war face on. After they finished the only other person traveling with Lizard other than Si is the sweet lovely Georgine who was selling all sorts of neat things. A great show to start the mission.
